Trishna Peacock has been involved in the beauty and fitness industries for over 25 years and is a qualified beauty therapist, Ka Huna massage therapist, fitness leader and yoga teacher. She has been passionately practising yoga for the last 12 years, teaching for the past 10 of those. Trishna believes that Ka Huna and yoga go hand in hand; it is a lovely combination of movement, both in body and breath. Utilising these skills has enabled Trishna to create unique and fun sequences.

Jenny Wesener has attended a variety of yoga and tai chi classes over many years, however, when she started attending Trishna’s classes some years ago her love of yoga was reignited and her hunger for knowledge of this wonderful ancient practice grew.
Jenny has completed the Level 1 ‘ My Health Yoga’ teacher training course and has attended yoga training workshops and retreats, as well as participated in and assisted with classes at ‘Shake your Buddha’ for the last four years.
Jenny loves yoga and is astounded by the way that it has changed her health and well-being, both physically and mentally, and is eager to share her journey and passion with others.

Kylie Hammond is our most recently qualified yoga teacher; congratulations Kylie! She has been a successful, National medal winning swimmer, representing Australia internationally on a number of occassions and has taught thousands of babies, children and adults to swim during the past 32 years. She has also delivered lectures at numerous national and international swim conferences.
She discovered yoga in early 2010 and has now completed over 600 classes with 'Shake Your Buddha'.
She completed her Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2014 through the Aura Wellness Centre when she graduated with High Honours She also has a passion for kirtan, bhakti yoga and loves playing the ukelele and drumming.

Kimberley Gardiner's journey into yoga began about 4 years ago in order to help heal her body after she sustained ankle and spinal injuries.
