You will find our classes are friendly and welcoming. Our wonderful students help to create a warm and accepting environment, allowing everyone to practise the beautiful art of yoga at their own level in a fun, but educational and challenging manner.
The classes are held in three locations during the week as shown below and on the timetable below. These locations are;
Home studio - located at 42 Lake Breeze Drive, Windaroo. Please park OPPOSITE 83 Carl Heck Boulevard and come through the small gate
BNHC - Beenleigh Neighbourhood Centre, Mansfield Walk, Beenleigh
Gym4 - Unit 1/93 Logan River Road, Beenleigh
Our classes are a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, bhakti yoga, pranayama and meditation. And don't forget our special 'Forever Young' community classes for the over 50s at the reduced rate of $6.
Cost per class:
Regular Classes; $15 per session OR 10 sessions card (valid for 3 months) - $130.00
'Forever Young' (Tuesday mornings for the over 50s - see the timetable below) - $6
Express Class (Saturday morning 1 hr class) - $10
PLEASE NOTE - there are no classes held on Public Holidays
Please bring your own mat or these can be hired for $2 per session or good quality mats can be purchased from us for $35 each.
