Our team

Trishna Peacock has been involved in the beauty and fitness industries for over 35 years and is a qualified beauty therapist, Ka Huna massage therapist, fitness leader and yoga teacher.  She has been passionately practising yoga for the last 14 years, teaching for the past 12 of those.   Trishna believes that Ka Huna and yoga go hand in hand; it is a lovely combination of movement, both in body and breath.  Utilising these skills has enabled her to create unique and fun sequences.  

She has attended numerous yoga courses and workshops in Australia, India and Bali. She has also been employed by 'Yoga Arts', a world renowned yoga teacher training school, where she assisted on the Level 1 month-long Teacher Training courses in Ubud, Bali for three years running.


It is obvious to all who meet her that Trishna has a warm and caring compassion for people.  She enjoys any opportunity to promote the healing and scientifically proven benefits of yoga and loves nothing more than to see students achieve what they think must be impossible, in yoga and in life.  She also loves to sing and write her own music, which she often shares with her students in class.  She believes that we are forever a student and is constantly studying, her most recent achievements being a certificate in Ayurvedic Health Coaching and accreditation in Mindfulness and Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers


Her classes incorporate breath work, flowing asana, meditation and bhakti yoga.

Kylie Hammond  has been a successful, National medal winning swimmer, representing Australia internationally, and has taught thousands of babies, children and adults to swim during the past 35 years. She has also delivered lectures at numerous national and international swim conferences.

She discovered yoga in early 2009 and has now completed over 1500 classes with 'Shake Your Buddha'.
She completed her Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2014 through the Aura Wellness Centre when she graduated with High Honours.

Kylie has a passion for music and bhakti yoga, and regularly conducts Sound Meditation workshops. She also loves surfing, and playing the Handpan and ukulele.

Pam Bennett  first discovered yoga in 2013, initially as a physical practice. When stress got the better of her about a year later, she added meditation to her practice and quickly fell in love with yoga as a whole. Yoga and meditation became a non-negotiable part of her self-care, a place to find peace, stillness and balance. Pam loves the journey of self-discovery through yoga and after two years on the mat at Shake Your Buddha she was inspired to share the gift of yoga with others and completed her 200hr level 1 teacher training with Being Yoga in 2018. Pam also loves to share her love of essential oils, incorporating them into her classes.

Adam Saines  has been a practitioner of yoga and meditation for more than 15 years, first connecting with Trishna as one of her students more than a decade ago. A student of eastern philosophy, Adam believes that, beyond the physical health benefits of the practice, the path of yoga can help one become more present and awake to what is possible in life. In his own life he has felt the impact of life’s challenges diminish as his yoga practice becomes deeper and more consistent. A desire to further his learning and share this gift with others led to him embarking on his teacher training in 2018..
